Here’s the best muscle building program I use as it is fully comprehensive from beginning till you are ripped and shredded.

I began this program somewhat flabby with excess fat around the arms, chest, and tummy. Vince’s methods from Cardio to Weight Training is rather grueling but disciplined. Results are visible after 1 week.

Besides that, I combined the training with swimming cardio and it helps to give me a tan which I kind of enjoy. I especially love the grueling biceps curl he demonstrated in his beginner’s training video. Man, that really burns! It will really help you to sculpt some serious guns! The feeling is awesome!
